In-Home Care: RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Companions are available for any length of time, from occasional brief visits up to twenty-four hours per day, depending on patient and family needs.

In-Home Therapies:Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies are available in our rehabilitation care program. In-home infusion therapy is also available for a wide range of patient conditions that require antibiotics, chemotherapy, pain management and enteral feedings.

Case Management:All clients are assigned to a primary nurse that assists with identifying comprehensive home care needs. This includes analysis of reimbursement programs available to help pay for the cost of care, thorough explanations of alternatives, feasibility recommendations and information about Medicare and Medicaid programs. The goal of this service is to provide the best quality care at the most reasonable cost, and to monitor ongoing service utilization.

Diagnostic Testing:Nurses are available to assist in obtaining blood and other body fluid samples, perform physical assessments and arrange EKGs or radiology exams for individuals in their homes.

Medical Equipment:Our case management nurses or social workers can assist patients or families in obtaining any necessary adaptive or supportive equipment.

Assisted/Independent Living:Interim HealthCare offers a wide range of support services for Assisted and Independent Living facilities, including short or long term personal care services, home health aides, skilled nurses and therapists, medication reminders, medical care coordination and supplemental staffing.

Supplemental Staffing:RNs,LPNs, CNAs, Therapists and Physicians are available for short or long-term assignments in hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices and occupational health locations.
