Hospice Interim HealthCare Hospice is an integrated program of medical and psychosocial care for terminally ill patients in their last months of life. Services offered include: pre-admission consultation, regularly scheduled visits by team members, skilled hospice nursing care, social work and counseling, pastoral care, hospice aides for personal care, trained volunteers, therapists and dietary counseling,medical equipment, pharmacy consultation and much more.
