Interim HealthCare of Northridge, CA (818) 407-7590

Interim Healthcare in Northridge strives to assist in improving people’s Lives in The San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities.

The current focus is on Continuous Care and HomeStyles needs for our clients.

The term "Home Care" is used to describe a variety of services, from medical care to meal and laundry service. Skilled care, however, is very specific, and ususally prescribed by a physician. Skilled care patients sometimes require the services of a licensed health care professional such as a medical doctor, nurse, therapist or medical social worker. The services can be for either a short or long period of time. Perhaps most important, skilled services are usually eligible for Medicare/MediCal or other private insurance payment if certain requirements are met.

For our HomeStyles division, Northridge Interim understands the needs of independence. Almost no one wants to be uprooted from his or her home. Instead of worrying, now is the time to gather information and make plans. It doesn't always mean moving to a facility. Many people remain safe in their home with minimal help. Our Companions, Homemakers, or Personal Care Aides assist with daily living activities that have become difficult for our clients to do alone. These employees of Interim Healthcare are NOT licensed and therefore may not perform any nursing functions.

For nearly 40 years, Interim HealthCare has been a leader in home health care, providing patients with trusted, experienced caregivers. Interim HealthCare has nearly 300 offices worldwide that employ over 75,000 employees who care for nearly 50,000 people every day.
