Interim HealthCare of Atlanta, Inc., is a leading provider of skilled home health care and Hospice for adults and children. We provide skilled home health care to our adult patients throughout metro Atlanta in Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Clayton, Fayette and Douglas counties. We provide skilled home health care for children throughout all of Metro Atlanta and are a provider for the GAPP Medicaid waiver program. We also provide Hospice services throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
