Interim HealthCare Awards Therapist Of The Year Award

Sunrise, Florida, October 08, 2008 - Nguyen Pham an Interim HealthCare employee received the distinction of Therapist of the Year by Interim HealthCare Inc. For the first time Interim HealthCare is recognizing not only the clinical practice, but the distinguished compassion and consistent performance that represent the best of therapy. This honor is given to the individual whose talents distinguish them as outstanding therapist in the scope of our business.

Nguyen Pham, PT (Virginia Beach, VA):
Nguyen's team members at Virginia Beach describe him as an invaluable team member. He mentors new field staff, supports marketing staff, creates staff training programs, strives to improve in-office processes, and has become the physical therapist to whom local physicians direct their patients. But above all, it is his compassion for the people in his care that has set him apart. Letters from patients and their families tell of the lengths Nguyen has gone to support the goals of the patients he meets as a therapist to make progress. In one particular example, the family was so moved by the extent of his caring and patience to help the patient walk that when she passed, they asked Nguyen to assist in what her husband lovingly calls "that final walk" by being a pallbearer at her funeral. Peggy Butt, of the Interim HealthCare Virginia Beach office stated, "Mr. Pham has been an incredible asset to Interim HealthCare and the families he serves."

"Nguyen Pham deserves recognition for the hard work, compassion and dedication that he brings to this position, his clients and the families he serves every day," said Barbara McCann, Chief Clinical Officer of Interim HealthCare, Inc. "Therapists consistently go beyond what is required, in order to accomplish their job, and Nguyen is no different. We salute and recognize his outstanding contributions to improving people's lives."
