Interim HealthCare Inc. Announces 2005 HomeStyle Hero Award WinnerMay 29, 2005 Sunrise, Florida-Interim HealthCare Inc., the nation's largest provider of home health and supplemental staffing, announced the winner of the national Interim HomeStyle Hero Award for 2005. Larry Fischer, HHA from Farmington, CT was the recipient of the national award which recognizes a home health aide, personal care assistant or non-medical caregiver who best represents the character traits that make up a hero such as honesty, experience, responsibility and organization. As the winner, he receives a $500 award. Three honorable mentions were also recognized: Cathy Jones, PCA/FSS of Anderson, South Carolina; Angela Taylor, CNA/HHA of Lecanto, Florida; and Cathy Polito, HHA of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Interim HomeStyle Hero award is unique in that each nominee was asked to obtain a client testimonial providing reasons why their caregiver should be recognized as a HomeStyle Hero.
