Interim HealthCare Recognizes Achievements of Franchise Owners and Managers in Annual Awards CeremonyMay 17, 2004 Interim HealthCare, the nation's largest provider of home care and supplemental health care staffing services, today announced the recognition of eight franchise network organizations at the spring sales meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The awards were created to reward franchise owners, their managers or company associates for their outstanding performance as successful Interim HealthCare operations. Owners and managers of Interim HealthCare offices throughout the United States are eligible for recognition of their achievements which has become an important part of applauding them for their success each year. Each award recognizes a specific category of achievement. "The Founder's Award," presented this year to franchise owner Ed Bixby in Florida, recognizes individuals who best personify the entrepreneurial spirit with the dedication, discipline and direction necessary to consistently achieve profitable growth and expansion from year to year. "The Management Award," presented to New Jersey franchise owners Lorrie and Eric Petersen of New Haven, Connecticut, recognizes individuals who achieve the greatest degree of operational excellence combined with outstanding sales volume within the scope of their market capabilities. "The Business Integrity Award," presented to Bonnie and Glenn Reeves of the Jacksonville, Florida office, recognizes individuals for their business ethics and compliance with Interim HealthCare policies and procedures. "The Pinnacle Award," presented to owner Karl Stinson and Manager George Buchenau of Amarillo, Texas, recognizes owners with an operation of at least two million dollars who have doubled their business over the last 2 years. "The Eagle Club" is a rewards program developed to offer reimbursement privileges for business training, advertising and operational expenses for franchise owners achieving a certain level of sales. Franchise owners Ed Bixby and Randy McCarrel of Leesburg, Ocala and Gainesville, Florida were recognized for their achievement into the Eagle Club program. In addition, owners Andy Kasper and Greg Korpita of Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona and Bruce Carlson of Atlanta, Georgia were also recognized for becoming new "Eagles." Margaret Webb and Terri Pilkington, partners of Lisa and John Morris in Charlotte, North Carolina were recognized for achieving "Grand Eagle" status which is attained by reaching an even higher level of sales.
