INTERIM HEALTHCARE INC HONORS FRANCHISEES AT NATIONAL AWARDS DINNER

Interim HealthCare franchise owners from all over the United States gathered for the 2007 National Conference on March 11-13 in Westin, FL. The National Meeting titled "Revvin' in '07" was an opportunity to introduce new CEO and President, Russ Cooper to franchisees and to honor some of the outstanding franchises at the Annual Awards Dinner.

The 2006 Leroy E. Dettman Founder's Award was presented to Falcon Holdings. This award is bestowed upon the franchise organization that best personifies the entrepreneurial spirit with the dedication, discipline and direction necessary to consistently achieve profitable growth and expansion from year-to-year. The Falcon Organization continually invests in the most highly competent and qualified staff; cutting edge technology; and infrastructure to support very ambitious organizational growth goals.

The 2006 Raymond C. Herriges Management Award is presented to the individual who has achieved the greatest degree of operational excellence combined with outstanding sales growth during the previous year. This years' honoree was David Klaeser, Branch Manger of the Sacramento, CA branch.

The 2006 Allan C. Sorensen Business Integrity Award, presented to Jay Stehley of the Wichita, KS franchise demonstrated outstanding ethics and business integrity in the routine operation of their business while simultaneously increasing overall market penetration. Mr. Stehley was also recognized for his personal commitment to community responsibility and the continual welfare of his patients, clients and employees.

The President's Pinnacle Award is presented to offices that have at least doubled their business over the last 2 years. To be eligible the office must have minimum annual sales of 2 million dollars at the end of that 2 year period. This year the award was presented to seven different franchise locations: Memphis, TN, Morristown, TN, Dallas, TX, Leesburg, FL, Tacoma, WA, Abilene, TX, and St. Augustine, FL.

Also honored at the Awards Dinner was Al Sorensen, outgoing Co-founder and CEO, for his many years of leadership and service to Interim HealthCare. New CEO Russ Cooper, commented, " I am thrilled to be part of this incredible company and share in the excitement of the award recipients. I'm also thankful to be able to work closely with a great leader such as Al as we make the transition in taking this company to the next level."
