Interim HealthCare Inc. Announces Staffing Partnership with VHA SouthwestJanuary 5, 2004 Interim HealthCare Inc., the nation's largest combined provider of home health care and supplemental staffing services, today announced that it has been selected as a VHA Southwest Business Partner for affiliated hospitals in Texas. Under the agreement, Interim HealthCare provides health care personnel to 16 participating VHA Southwest affiliated hospitals with another 50 hospitals under consideration. VHA Southwest is a regional health care system of VHA Inc., a nationwide network of leading community-owned health care organizations and their affiliated physicians. VHA Southwest provides information, products and services to help member organizations improve performance in community health, clinical effectiveness and operational efficiency. VHA Southwest coordinates these resources locally and develops customized programs and services that support the needs of its members and their communities.
