Interim HealthCare Recognizes Franchise Owners' Achievements

Interim HealthCare, the nation's largest provider of home care and supplemental health care staffing services, today announced the recognition of four franchise owner organizations at the annual corporate owners meeting in Sedona, Arizona. The awards were created to reward owners for their outstanding performance, as a successful Interim HealthCare franchise.

Recognizing franchise owners for their achievements has become an important part of the Florida-based corporate office's strategy motivating owners to strive for success and applauding them for their achievements. More than 70 Interim HealthCare owners with nearly 300 offices in the United States and Brazil can be nominated for their achievements each year.

Each award recognizes a specific category of achievement. "The Leroy E. Dettman Founder's Award", presented this year to Minnesota franchise owner Gary Halgren, recognizes an owner who best personifies the entrepreneurial spirit with the dedication, discipline and direction necessary to consistently achieve profitable growth and expansion from year to year. "The Raymond C. Herriges Management Award", presented to New Hampshire franchise owner Rick Petersen, recognizes an owner who achieves the greatest degree of operational excellence combined with outstanding sales volume within the scope of their market capabilities. "The President's Pinnacle Award", presented to Oklahoma City franchise owner Joe Johnson, recognizes an owner who has an operation of at least $2 million and has achieved the largest percentage increase in revenue over a two year period. Finally, "The Allan C. Sorensen Business Integrity Award", presented to South Dakota and Nebraska co-owners Tom Everett and Paul and Lori Millman, recognizes owners for reflecting a high standard of compliance with Interim HealthCare policies and procedures including governmental requirements.
