Our Homecare Supervisors are available to provide FREE pre-discharge hospital or home assessment. They can provide valuable input into a home health care plan to meet the client's needs with the greatest cost-effectiveness.

Interim HealthCare's High Tech Adult and Pediatric Program specializes in providing skilled nursing services to technology dependent clients. Our clients rely on a wide variety of technology to keep them well and at home. Many have tracheostomies, ventilators, and gastrostomy tubes.
