We can provide the healthcare you need to keep you or your loved ones living independently. Interim HomeStyle Services of Grass Valley provides:

  • 2 hour visits
    Bathing, Wellness Checks, Companionship
  • Hourly care
    3 hours or more for care
  • 12 hour sleep over
    middle of the night assistance
  • 24 hour care
    around the clock needs

After initial evaluation, our care managers work on developing an individualized care plan specific to the clients needs. The services may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Bathing
  • Eating
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Dressing
  • Toileting
  • Transportation
  • Transferring
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Provide respite care
  • Provide Alzheimers care
  • Hospice caregiving
  • Arrange appointments

Our managers are familiar with Long Term Care Insurance and their requirements. We have close working relationships with local organizations who provide respite services.
