Determining Home Care Needs
A client service supervisor (CSS) will listen to your needs and answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in pursuing our services an RN Supervisor (RN) makes an appointment to meet with you at your home.
Developing a Personalized Home Care Plan
A personalized care plan is developed in coordination with an Interim HealthCare RN Supervisor, the client (seniors/elderly or disabled) and the family. The goal of the care plan is to helpclients and family members understand the services provided while in the client’s home. The care plan will be reviewed by all prior to providing care so they are familiar with the client’s wants and needs.
We have a 24 hour on call client service and RN staff to handle questions and issues as they arise. Our RN routinely communicates with physicians and family members to keep current with the client’s status and changing needs. Employees are experienced, fingerprinted as part of a comprehensive background check, and bonded.
