We are committed to providing only those services which are most appropriate to the patient's situation.

Nowhere are our high standards more evident than in our hiring practices. Applicants are carefully screened in personal interviews and through skill assessments, references are checked, license/certification validation is verified and clearances checked when appropriate. Once hired, employees are bonded and insured for general and professional liability. In fact, we assume all the employer responsibilities including providing benefits and handling payroll taxes.

We make sure that our Interim HealthCare employees have recent and successful experience in the areas in which they are assigned. Their performances are evaluated on a regular basis. Employees are given thorough orientations (including emergency plans and procedures) for each assignment.
