Supervision And Accountability

Our Interim HealthCare Director of Health Care Services or Home Care Supervisor will visit the home on a regular basis to assess the patient's status and evaluate the quality of care provided. During these visits, the patient's care plan will be reviewed and updated as the patient's condition warrants. Our Supervisor will report to the physician on the patient's progress and any suggestions for changes to the care plan. Communication will be established to meet your individual needs.
