Our INTERPath Joint Replacement Program represents an easier way for physicians to make the best use of home care with an emphasis on continual communication in a manner that is convenient and useful. In addition to the pre- and post-surgical care protocols, we work with the practice to establish communication protocols that make home care easier to use.
