Need Help at Home?

Send us your questions about home care or a specific requests. We're here to help.

For generations, a community has served a vital role in terms of acting as a support system and offering a way to bring people together. With our society moving at a faster pace with busy schedules and the frequency people change jobs, homes and locations, it makes it harder to make a connection and feel part of something bigger than yourself.  As a locally owned and operated business, we are committed to the community we serve. Each year, our employees participate in a variety of community activities and support a number of worthwhile organizations. A strong community benefits the individual, the community as well as the greater society. People of all ages who feel a sense of belonging tend to lead happier and healthier lives, and strong communities create a more stable and supportive society. This is directly related to our Interim HealthCare mission – We Improve People’s Lives.

Hello my name is Diane G. and I am writing this for our family.  My dad Dwain T. was a patient with Interim Hospice in Granbury Texas 2013 – 2014.  He was under the care of some of the most compassionate, kind and caring people that we have ever met … This group of ladies showed our family the utmost respect but most of all they showed love to us and especially to our dad and husband.  My mom Lillie was given just as much sweet love and care as my dad.  There is no way we could ever thank them enough.  Over the year and a half they became family to us and still are close to our hearts.  My mom loves them as family members and still is in contact with them on a regular basis.  We would recommend this group for anyone to use.  We know that God led us to this group of ladies and we were blessed that they took care of my dad . . . We do not want to forget the awesome volunteers and Chaplains that also came by to help us through one of the most heartbreaking times in our lives.  We thank God for this hospice care.

Home Fall Prevention for Older Adults

Each year, thousands of older Americans fall at home. Many of them are seriously injured, and some are disabled. Falls are often due to hazards that are easy to overlook but many times they are easy to fix. In response to escalating concerns related to falls and fall related injuries among the aging population, Interim HealthCare has launched an interactive web program that helps people identify hazards in their home and shows them ways to help prevent falling.
