What were you doing before opening your Interim HealthCare business?
Chrystal: I'm a nurse practitioner and own a medical walk-in clinic. Cynthia's a registered nurse and practitioner as well.
How did you become interested in Interim HealthCare?
Cynthia: Our strong backgrounds in health care made this a natural fit. I'm in tune with staffing needs at the health care facilities in our area, and I knew this was a service I wanted to provide.
How long have you lived in Pineville?
Chrystal: I've lived in Pineville for almost 40 years. Cynthia lives in Alexandria, our twin city, which has a large population as well as staffing needs.
When you were looking at Interim, what made the opportunity stand out?
Cynthia: We looked at other options. What made Interim so impressive was its structure, organization and the number of years they've been in business.
If someone else were considering a franchise opportunity, what advice would you give them?
Chrystal: You have to fully understand what is expected of you, and what you can expect from the company. A lot of companies make promises and then don't back them up. Ask questions, and talk to other owners before joining any organization.
Cynthia: I would definitely encourage people to look into the franchise options that are out there, but would insist they do their research!
