What were you doing before opening your Interim HealthCare business?

I worked as a hospital administrator for 30 years. Recently, I spent four years sellling commercial real estate.

How did you become interested in Interim HealthCare?

The opportunity really found me. I met another Interim franchise owner and he asked me to become his partner. After doing some research, I decided to open my own franchise.

How long have you lived in Springfield?

I've lived in Springfield most of my life.

When you were looking at Interim, what made the opportunity stand out?

For me, it's a business I really understand. I believe it's a business that Springfield can really benefit from.

If someone else were considering a franchise opportunity, what advice would you give them?

Know the market you are investing in, and diligently follow what is happening in the industry.
