Interim HealthCare is looking for a select group of individuals to become senior care franchisees. We are particular about who we choose because our franchisees are the foundation of our home health care and senior care industry leadership.
Our selection of prospective Interim HealthCare franchisee candidates is based on an assessment of overall business experience and personal qualifications. We look for individuals with good "common business sense", a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop people, and a history of previous success in business and life endeavors. Experience in the health care or senior care industry is a definite advantage but not a necessity for operating a successful Interim HealthCare franchise business. And of course we want franchisees who have a caring attitude and passion for helping others.
We are looking for individuals who can become Interim HealthCare franchisees by having the following:
- Business experience in the market where they are seeking a home care franchise.
- A strong desire to succeed, work hard, and contribute to a winning Interim HealthCare franchise team.
- Demonstrated personal integrity with emphasis on interpersonal skills to operate a senior care business.
- A willingness to participate in a comprehensive franchise training program.
- A willingness to personally devote full-time efforts to the day to day operations of an Interim HealthCare senior care franchise.
- A history of success and the ability to work well within a franchising organization.
- Personal, non-borrowed resources to be invested in an Interim HealthCare franchise that provides home care and health care staffing.
