Home Care Services

Interim HealthCare of Greater Denver provides a variety of home care services to address every patients and families needs.

Our home care services staff includes case managers for referral consultation, care coordination and professional interactions with local physicians and hospital case managers. Visits may include skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and medical social workers. All visits are ordered by your physician.

Medicare Certified Agency

We are a state licensed and Medicare certified agency contracted with most managed care insurance providers and most health insurance carriers.

Skilled Home Nursing Care Following a Hospitalization

We offer skilled nursing care which may include wound dressing, medication management and intravenous infusion services.

In conjunction with nursing care we also provide rehabilitation services delivered by physical and occupational therapists to help you regain strength.

Joint Replacement Therapy

Rehabilitative Care services provide treatment in the comfort of your home. Our licensed physical therapy team helps you regain strength, balance and basic mobility after surgery.

Specialty Care Programs

Specialty care programs allow patients and their families the opportunity to receive services with special emphasis on the symptom management and education of their particular disease.

Private Pay Services

Private Pay Services are available at your hospital, home, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facility. Personalized services are provided by Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses that can be hired for hourly, daily or for live-in needs. Many families call when they need care that is not covered by their health insurance although we would be happy to review your personal situation and answer any questions regarding services that may be covered by your health insurance and long term insurance policy.
