Why...Safety, peace of mind, reassurance, companionship and emergency aid all at the touch of a button. In-Touch offers freedom as the client may be up to 90 feet outside the home. How...The In-Touch base unit is installed in a central location in the home. The client wears a necklace or wrist band with which to activate the system, and can then speak directly to the attendant to express needs. At installation, we complete a full medical profile of the client and obtain the names, addresses and phone numbers for three client contacts (neighbors, family, friends) to be contacted for non-emergency needs. For emergencies, the attendant will contact 911 and remain on the line with the client until the crisis is over. |
