Neonatal and Pediatric Care Program
Interim HealthCare of Dallas has a very specialized pediatric team that understands the complex care required for children with special needs. Our Pediatric Care Program provides highly skilled nurses, therapists and medical social workers. We also ensure that all our nurses are evaluated on all levels of clinical competency. Most importantly, we oversee the extensive coordination/facilitation of the hospital-to-home transition.

Home Infusion Services
Home Infusion Therapy is provided by highly qualified Registered Nurses (RN's). This service provides many benefits, including allowing the client to avoid lengthy hospital stays as well as to transition to home while continuing therapy.

Enterostomal Therapy and Wound Management
This unique home program provides individualized care, education and management for patients with wounds, ostomies, incontinence and complex skin problems. Interim has developed a program that utilizes an interdisciplinary team directed by a registered nurse. This team facilitates collaboration among the hospital, physican, insurer and home care provider.

Joint Replacment Hip and Knee
Our new INTERPath Joint Replacement program is designed to integrate orthopaedic physician's preferences for post-surgical care with Interim HealthCare's expertise at teaching and plan of care execution. This program can avoid the need for facility care following surgery.

Chronic Disease Solutions
Over half of the patients cared for in home health have a primary diagnosis of some chronic disease. Interim HealthCare of Dallas has established clinical pathways and processes that enable us to work with physicians, while helping our mutual patients learn to independently manage in their home environment. Our specialized training empowers our patients to take charge of their condition and avoid hospital readmissions. Specialized programs are as follows:
