HOME CARE SERVICES: Interim HealthCare can provide a broad array of home care and supportive services through our trained professionals and paraprofessionals including:
Skilled Nursing – These services are provided by Registered Nurses (RN’s) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s). Services include health status assessments, teaching about diseases and treatment for clients and families, taking samples for lab tests, wound dressing changes, medication training and compliance, management of IV’s and more.
Therapy – Many Therapies can be provided at home to speed recovery from illness, injury or surgery. These include physical therapy to regain physical motion and strength, occupational therapy to regain day to day skills such as dressing and feeding oneself, and speech and language therapy to improve breathing or lung functioning.
Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides – Paraprofessionals to provide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing and meal preparation. All of our care is supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN), and a monthly supervisory report sent home can be an option to an out of town responsible party.
Enterostomal Therapy - Specialized nursing care for clients with ostomies or complex wounds.
Home IV Therapy - Home infusion (IV) services combine pharmacy and nursing services and make it possible for people to receive prescribed medications through intravenous lines or injections while at home. Interim HealthCare offers a comprehensive range of infusion therapies from TPN, chemotherapy, antibiotics and pain management to many other specialized therapies. These therapies can be provided alone or together with a wide range of Interim HealthCare home nursing services.
STAFFING SERVICES: Facilities have a growing need for qualified health care staff and employees are looking for more control with their careers. Interim HealthCare understands these changes and has become a facilitator in the development of a new health care supplemental workforce. Today's employees have redefined staffing as a career choice and Interim HealthCare has become the employer that gives them the best options for personally tailoring their careers. We provide Medical Office Staffing either on a temporary, temp-to-perm, or permanent placement basis. We additionally provide Facility Staffing, in a variety of long-term care, acute care or occupational health settings.
