HIP & KNEE JOINT REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

This program is designed to help make the best use of your home care needs before and after hip or knee surgery.

Our therapist will meet with you for a pre-surgical visit to educate you and assess your home for safety. Once you are discharged home, our therapist will provide therapy based on physician orders and their professional evaluation. Our goal is to work together as a team for your safe and speedy recovery.
