Home Infusion Therapy

Interim HealthCare can meet your infusion (IV) needs at home with registered nurses that are experts in infusion therapy. Our nurses are PICC / MIDLINE and chemotherapy certified. Our company owned infusion pharmacy allows us to coordinate IV referrals in a timely fashion. IV therapies that we provide in the home setting include but are not limited to:

*Antibiotics
*Chemotherapy
*Hydration
*Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)
*Pain management
*Immuno-therapy drugs (IVIG, Gamimune, Epogen, Neupogen, Procrit)

Wound Care

Interim has full-time certified wound care nurses on staff for consultation to assist clients with optimal wound healing. Our nursing staff is specially trained and certified in wound care management. Our wound care team can manage wounds that include:

*Open surgical wounds
*Pressure ulcers
*Diabetic ulcers
*Stasis ulcers
*Wound Vacs

Pediatric Services

We offer pediatric continuous care (hourly basis) or intermittent care (visits), depending on the need and the physician's orders, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

*Pediatric and adolescents
*Infusion therapy-IV nursing and product
*Premature infant care
*Rehabilitation therapy-physical, occupational and speech therapy
*Technology-dependent-ventilators, bi-pap, c-pap, trachs and tube feedings
