HOME CARE

Services begin with a FREE overall assessment by a Registered Nurse to determine what a patient's needs may be. There is conferencing with his/her physician, other family members and involved parties who provide an overall view. A care plan is then developed incorporating all the information.

Our Home Care services range from pediatrics to geriatrics. Interim HealthCare provides service to cover anything from a visit to twenty-four hour care.
