Interim HealthCare's mission is to provide quality care to patients in a variety of settings.

An Interim Health Care Registered Nurse conducts a FREE assessment of the needs of a patient and the patient's family in order to develop a holistic approach to caring for the entire family unit.

Interim HealthCare of Binghamton ensures quality care for clients by adhering to strict hiring standards. These rigorous standards are implemented through:

personal interviews

criminal background checks

competency testing

skills testing

Once a thorough screen process has identified a qualified candidate and he/she is hired, an intensive, mandatory orientation is held to familiarize them with Interim HealthCare's policies and procedures and/or policies and procedures mandated by facilities in which they may also be assigned.

Skills are continuously updated through an ongoing in-service program. Upon employing a professional care giver, we strive to meet their goals and needs so that they can focus all of their skills and attention on the patient.
