Interim HealthCare of Atlanta is a leading provider of skilled home healthcare and Hospice for adults and children. We provide skilled home healthcare to our adult patients throughout metro Atlanta in Fulton, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Clayton, Fayette and Douglas counties. We provide skilled home healthcare for children throughout all of Metro Atlanta and are a provider for the GAPP Medicaid waiver program. We also provide Hospice services throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
We offer certified home healthcare utilizing specially credentialed RNs, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and CNA's.
