Home Care Home Care includes both skilled care and supportive services. Skilled Care includes Registered Nurses, LPN's, and other specialized caregivers. They provide clinical intervention such as wound care, assistance with medication, improved ambulation or teaching individuals and their families self-management of their care needs. Supportive services are provided by Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Aides, Companions or Homemakers and include assistance with a variety of activities of daily living including shopping, bathing, light housekeeping and companionship. Facility Staffing Supplemental staffing provides much needed relief to our areas hospitals and nursing homes. At the same time, there is a growing demand by health care employees in choosing the days and hours in which they want to work.
