Home Infusion Therapy

Interim HealthCare can meet your infusion needs at home by providing highly qualified registered nurses that are well trained/certified in infusion therapy. Our Case Management department will coordinate the IV referral for the medication as well as the skilled nursing visits. Our home infusion therapy program offers unique advantages to the patient as we transition them from the hospital to their home while continuing the therapy. We also closely monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
