Max Hahnen
Director of Hospice

Max Hahnen the Director of the Interim HealthCare Hospice Division is responsible for the strategic development of the Hospice & Palliative Care program throughout the franchise network. This includes regulatory compliance, financial management, sales initiatives and ongoing operational guidance to support the growth of this division.

Max has a strong background in healthcare to include, VP roles in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Hospice Operations and Sales. She has also served as Clinical Service Director and Executive Director in both Hospice and Assisted Living models. Throughout her career her focus has been to optimize the care delivery system while maintaining a fiscal responsible approach to management of health care dollars. Her participation in the National Veteran's Partnership has provided many Veterans the opportunity to utilize end of life care services with a special focus on the challenges this population faces. Max supports a quality driven program for the Interim Hospice Division by offering patients Care, Comfort & Choice.

Ms. Hahnen graduated from Florida Metropolitan University with a Business Administration degree in Accounting and Marketing and is currently pursuing a Masters in Healthcare Administration Degree at Florida Atlantic University.

She is a HPNA member, a member of the Development/Public Relations and Marketing subcommittee with NHPCO as well as an Advisory Board member to the Hospice Association of America.
