The Bureau of Labor Statistics
predicts that the overall employment of home health aides and personal care aides will grow 36 percent from 2018 to 2028, which is faster than the average growth of all other occupations combined. As 10,000 baby boomers turn 65 every day, the need for caregivers grows more acute.
