Top Honors Awarded To Interim Healthcare Franchisees At Annual National Care Conference

SUNRISE, FL November 3, 2015 - Interim HealthCare Inc., the nation’s leading home healthcare, senior care, hospice and health care staffing franchise, announced the recipients of the “National Quality Awards” for 2015 at their annual National Care Conference in Minneapolis, MN. The awards recognize Interim HealthCare franchisees and their clinicians for patient satisfaction as well as public measures of quality (related to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).

The awards take into account the quality ratings of all Medicare-certified home health care agencies in the United States and Interim HealthCare’s standardized monitoring of home care patients satisfaction.

Visionary Leadership Award - The Visionary Leadership award requires strong core values in the Hospice organization, a clear vision, empowering relationships within the community in which they serve and an innovative action plan. This year the award goes to a Hospice Administrator who has exhibited a dedication to hospice that is remarkable.  She has demonstrated fearlessness in tackling difficult situations, fierceness in ensuring the achievement of challenging goals and a love for her staff, volunteers and patient and families on hospice.  Her vision was carried out fully in 2014-2015 by leading a team to achieve all 3 of their Strategic Planning goals, first in growth – meeting an average daily census goal of over 100.  Also in achieving increased utilization of hospice data and developing and implementing a staff recognition program.
