Lori’s supervisor notes the compassionate way she treats her co-workers, always putting in a good word about someone and never gossiping. Recently a client tested her abilities, refusing care, mocking the reason she was there and questioning the need for care. Once the root cause of the client’s anxiety was identified, the client eventually felt safe enough to allow Lori to provide care.

Her supervisor says she has a gentle hand leading the clients and not pushing. Lori Gregory definitely has H.E.A.R.T.
